This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of the _ day of _, _ (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between WP Harvest Ventures, LLC, DBA Job Harvest Resume Designs, a Texas limited liability company with offices located at 5900 Balcones Drive, #20805, Austin, Texas 78731 (“Service Provider”), and ____________, an individual located at _________________________ (“Customer”).

1. Services. Service Provider shall provide to Customer the services (the “Services”) set
forth below in this Article 1. Service Provider shall:

1.1 Review one (1) resume submitted by the Customer containing the Customer’s
previous education, previous work experience and contact information.

1.2 Draft one (1) complete resume for the Customer, delivered in PDF or Word
format.

1.3 For an additional fee (as outlined in Article 3), draft one (1) cover letter for the
Customer, delivered in PDF or Word format.

1.4 For an additional fee (as outlined in Article 3), draft one (1) biography for
Customer’s LinkedIn account and make additional recommendations to optimize
Customer’s LinkedIn profile.

1.5 If requested by Customer, Service Provider will provide up to two (2) revisions of Customer’s resume, cover letter (if applicable) and LinkedIn biography and bonus tips (if applicable), pursuant to Article 2. Additional revisions will be subject to additional fees.
Service Provider retains the right to contact Customer during the Term of the

Agreement for additional information needed to complete the Services.

2. Timeline of Services. Service Provider shall complete and deliver the Services as
follows:

2.1 Service Provider will deliver the first draft of Customer’s resume, cover letter
(if applicable) and LinkedIn biography and tips (if applicable) to Customer within two (2)
business days of original receipt (“First Draft”).

2.2 Customer shall have five (5) business days after receipt of the First Draft to
request up to two (2) revisions of the First Draft.


2.3 If Customer has no revisions and is satisfied with the First Draft, Service
Provider will deliver the Final Draft within the five (5) business day revision period and the
Term of the Agreement shall end.

2.4 Service Provider will deliver the completed final draft (“Final Draft”) of
Customer’s resume, cover letter (if applicable) and LinkedIn biography and bonus tips (if Services Agreement – page 2
applicable) to Customer within one (1) business day of receipt of request for revisions of the
Revised Drafts.

3. Fees and Expenses. For the Services to be performed hereunder, Customer shall pay
Service Provider as follows (the “Fee”):

3.1 A fixed fee of one hundred twenty-nine dollars and 00/100 ($129.00) paid in
full on the Effective Date.

3.2 If Customer requests a cover letter pursuant to Section 1.3 above, an additional
fee of forty dollars and 00/100 ($40.00) per cover letter requested, paid in full on the
Effective Date.

3.3 If Customer requests a LinkedIn biography and profile optimization
recommendations pursuant to Section 1.4 above, an additional fee of eighty dollars and
00/100 ($80.00), paid in full on the Effective Date.

3.4 If Customer requests more than two (2) revisions of the Customer’s resume,
cover letter (if applicable) and LinkedIn biography and tips (if applicable), each additional
revision will be subject to an additional fee of ninety-nine dollars and 00/100 ($99.00), paid
in full by Customer at the time the request is made.

4. Confidentiality. Service Provider and Customer agree to keep all information
exchanged during the Term of this Agreement as confidential and to use such information solely
for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.

5. Term. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue
thereafter until the delivery of the Final Draft unless sooner terminated pursuant to Article 6 (the
“Term”).

6. Termination. The Customer may terminate this Agreement for any reason within one
(1) business day of the Effective Date (“Refund Period”), for a partial refund of the Fee paid. If
Customer terminates this Agreement during the Refund Period, Service Provider is entitled to
retain fifty dollars and 00/100 ($50.00) of the Fee to cover processing costs. No refunds will be
provided if Customer terminates this Agreement outside of the Refund Period.

7. Limitation of Liability. Service Provider does not guarantee that the resume, cover
letter (if applicable) or LinkedIn biography and bonus tips (if applicable) Service Provider
delivers to Customer will get Customer an interview or job offer. SERVICE PROVIDER (a)
MAKES NO WARRANTIES AND (b) DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE PROVIDER’S
AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT,
WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AGGREGATE AMOUNTS
PAID OR PAYABLE TO SERVICE PROVIDER PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT.

8. General.
8.1 All matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving
effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Texas or any
other jurisdiction).

8.2 This Agreement shall not be assignable by either party without the prior
written consent of the other.

8.3 All paragraph headings herein are inserted for convenience only. This
Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an
original, which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

8.4 This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties to this
Agreement with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and
contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written
and oral, with respect to such subject matter.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, intending to be legally bound, the Service Provider and Customer
have caused this Agreement to be duly executed as of the date first above written.
