Because of the nature of our service, we can only accept refunds up until the first draft delivery. Once the draft has been delivered, we can no longer accept refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your first draft, not to worry! You receive two free revisions with your order before the final copy, with additional revisions after the final copy priced at $99 each.
